I'm a long distance track athlete currently competing at the NAIA level.
I've gotten where I am because I decided to make a change in my life to be healthier and happier.
Because I changed my diet and basic outlook on life I am able to conquer and do thing I never before thought possible. I'm still working hard and trying to improve!
